- 🥩ground beef3 pounds
- 🍝protein pasta (Barilla Protein Plus)1 box
- 🧅onion, diced1 medium
- 🧄minced garlic5 teaspoons
- 🧂saltto taste
- 🫑black pepperto taste

- 🍅crushed tomatoes1 (28 oz) jar
- 🥛beef broth1 cup
- 🧀grated Parmesan cheese1 cup
- 🧀part skim mozzarella cheese2 cups
Method
- 1Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add 3 pounds of ground beef, spreading evenly.
- 2Sear the beef until browned on one side, then flip and add diced onion.
- 3Break up the beef as it continues cooking until fully browned.
- 4Just before the beef is done, add 5 teaspoons minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- 5In a separate pot, cook 1 box of protein pasta according to package directions and drain.
- 6Add 1 (28 oz) jar of crushed tomatoes and 1 cup beef broth to the cooked beef.
- 7Bring to a low simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 8Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated.
- 9Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 cup grated Parmesan and 2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese.
- 10Keep mixing until all cheese is melted and fully combined.
- 11Divide into 8 meal prep containers (approximately 2 cups each) and store.
